What happens to my Vero chats?

Vero is an AI assistant, not a person. Your messages go to our AI model provider to write its replies, and it can be wrong, so check the numbers before you act on them.

We store your chat: what you type, the answers you pick on its cards, and the results it shows. A cookie keeps you as the same guest for up to 90 days, so you can come back to a chat.

We use them to answer you and to let you return to, share or continue a result in Humai.

We keep Vero chats and answers until you ask us to delete them, or until we no longer need them to provide or improve the service.

We don't sell your chats or answers.
